Packing

Packing is the final stage of the BOPP packing tape production process. After slitting and quality inspection, finished tape rolls are carefully packed to protect them from dust, moisture, deformation and damage during storage, handling and transportation.

Depending on customer requirements, individual rolls can be packed with shrink film, plastic bags or paper sleeves before being placed into export cartons. Carton quantity, roll arrangement, labels and shipping marks can also be customized according to order specifications.

Proper packing helps keep tape rolls clean, maintain roll shape and reduce movement inside the carton during transportation. For export orders, cartons can be reinforced and palletized to improve loading efficiency and provide better protection during long-distance shipping.

Custom packaging options such as printed cartons, private labels, barcodes, SKU stickers and customer logos are also available for distributors, retailers and branded packaging projects.
